News.<\/p>\n<p>Patricia, 37, originally filed her petition to divorce on Dec. 8, 2025, with Rob, 62, accepting the request four days later. The couple\u2014who share daughters Miranda, 13, and Madeline, 8\u2014both agreed to take part in a mandatory parenting course and to a consent decree to keep the exact terms of their divorce private, per the filings.<\/p>\n<p>E! News reached out to Rob for comment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Rob and Patricia\u2019s last public appearance was a family outing with their daughters at the New York premiere of Happy Gilmore 2 in July. In an interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=NF1l-OzSByI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Entertainment Tonight<\/a> at the time, Rob said, \u201cMy happy place is any place with my family.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And sometimes that meant Rob\u2019s happy place extended into his work.
