{"id":259309,"date":"2026-01-30T12:29:23","date_gmt":"2026-01-30T12:29:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/259309\/"},"modified":"2026-01-30T12:29:23","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T12:29:23","slug":"stage-set-for-town-meets-country-ball","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/259309\/","title":{"rendered":"Stage set for town meets country ball"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rural roots and city glitz will combine at the Three Parks Town Meets Country Charity Ball in W\u0101naka, with early bird ticketholders in with a chance to win a chauffeured arrival in Allan Dippie\u2019s 1958 Cadillac.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow is the last day to buy early bird tickets for the March 14 ball, which will benefit local school, Te Kura O Take K\u0101rara.<\/p>\n<p>Willowridge Developments Ltd director Mr Dippie, who will host the ball in his vintage tractor shed, said the event would be \u201ca great occasion\u201d which was well-timed to coincide with the W\u0101naka A&amp;P Show.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a good old-fashioned opportunity to dress up and party in a unique setting where town and country will meet.
