Photo \/ NZME<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Cordons of armed police stationed around Marewa after the alleged sighting of a person with a firearm have been stood down.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">A police spokesperson said at 3.30pm nothing of concern had been located.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\n         \u201cHowever the public can expect to see an increased police presence in the area while further enquiries<br \/>\n         are carried out.\u201d\n        <\/p>\n<p class=\"nQBCzZDznEEEs\" style=\"display:none\">Police responding to an incident on Nuffield Avenue, Marewa, about 2.30pm and several could be seen stationed near the intersection with Savage Cres.
