Product Safety Commission<\/a> has issued a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masslive.com\/topic\/recall\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.masslive.com\/topic\/recall\/\">nationwide recall<\/a> for a dietary supplement posing risks of serious injury or death by poisoning to young children. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"FRXJ5PJ2PRB37MUOFSSY3AYLEQ\">Approximately 148,000 bottles of Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ Dietary Supplements are being recalled as the products violate federal regulations for child resistant packaging. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"JC2CVDVGBBE3ZAXRQF4EHPHZFQ\">\u201cThe bottles are filled with dietary supplements containing iron, which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpsc.gov\/Business--Manufacturing\/Business-Education\/Business-Guidance\/PPPA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Poison Prevention Packaging Act<\/a>,\u201d the recall states. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"IIC457TPZZBCHAHAOVNFLOJBUI\">\u201cThe packaging is not child-resistant, posing a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.<\/p>\n<p>Read more: <a 2025 for between $40 and $70, depending on the subscription.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"BNSG5NPK6VG5RMAJSBHCNWSDF4\">As of Feb. 4, 2026, no injuries have been reported. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"MM5BTY3PFFC2DMDCSQXDIUNKYE\">Consumers are urged to \u201cimmediately secure the recalled bottles out of sight and reach
