for Applications: DBN Entrepreneurship Training Program 2026 for MSMEs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) has opened applications for the 2026 DBN Entrepreneurship Training Program (DBN-ETP), inviting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Anambra State to apply for free business training and grant funding worth \u20a68.5 million.<\/p>\n<p>The programme is being implemented in partnership with the Anambra State Small Business Agency (ASBA) as DBN\u2019s official state partner for the 2026 rollout.<\/p>\n<p>About the DBN Entrepreneurship Training Program<\/p>\n<p>The DBN Entrepreneurship Training Programme is DBN\u2019s flagship capacity-building initiative designed to strengthen the sustainability, bankability, and growth potential of MSMEs across Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>For the 2026 edition, DBN aims to train over 100,000 MSMEs nationwide, with 3,000 entrepreneurs targeted in Anambra State.<\/p>\n<p>Program Structure<\/p>\n<p>The training will be delivered through the BizAid Learning Management System (LMS) and includes:<\/p>\n<p>Free, self-paced online business training<br \/>\nModules on business management, financial literacy, and sustainability<br \/>\nIn-person business development workshop for top performers<\/p>\n<p>Only participants who complete four mandatory modules and score at least 80% will qualify for the next stage.<\/p>\n<p>Grant Opportunities<\/p>\n<p>Participants stand a chance to win grants through a competitive selection process:<\/p>\n<p>50 top-performing participants will be invited to an in-person workshop in Anambra State (June 2026)<br \/>\n15 entrepreneurs will be selected as final grant winners<br \/>\n\u20a68.5 million in grants will be shared among the 15 winners<br \/>\nAll participants on the learning platform can also compete for a \u20a650 million national cash prize pool<\/p>\n<p>Eligibility Criteria<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must:<\/p>\n<p>Be owners of micro, small or medium enterprises<br \/>\nOperate a business in Anambra State<br \/>\nComplete all required online modules<br \/>\nProvide CAC registration or proof of business name registration before grant
