Photo \/ Southern Koala and Echidna Rescue Ltd<\/p>\n<p class=\"cuTeSSdDP\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cOne phone call truly made all the difference,\u201d the charity said, acknowledging the driver who stopped to check on the marsupial before calling its 24-hour wildfire hotline.<\/p>\n<p class=\"cuTeSSdDP\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cAxle will spend a few days resting and receiving some well-deserved TLC before being released back into a safer part of his home territory.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"cuTeSSdDP\" style=\"display:none\">Facebook users flooded SKER\u2019s post with well-wishes suggested Axle and praise for rescuers for their dedicated efforts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"cuTeSSdDP\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cOMG Axle. How lucky you are.
