A Belfast wealth management and business advisory firm has announced it now manages more than \u00a3210m worth of assets for its clients.<\/p>\n
Pacem Advisory said it has seen annual growth of 23%, and is aiming to reach \u00a31bn worth of client assets under management by 2032. <\/p>\n
The business, which was founded in 2017, says it \u201cwas established to help high net worth families, affluent retirees and entrepreneurial business owners gain clarity across both personal and business finances\u201d.<\/p>\n
Its business now includes wealth management, accounting and tax advice services. <\/p>\n

It said that recent growth has seen it now managing \u00a3212m worth of assets for its clients.<\/p>\n
It said most of its business comes from referrals from existing clients with the remainder arising from \u201cprofessional partners across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland\u201d. <\/p>\n
It has also grown its spend on staff by \u00a3460,000, and plans to grow its 28-strong team to 45 within the next three years. <\/p>\n
The company says future plans with focus on \u201cexpanding its senior business advisory and financial planning teams, alongside specialist roles in data and automation\u201d.<\/p>\n
