It seems Jennifer Hudson<\/a> will be joining Kelly Clarkson and Sherri Shepherd as her talk show, \u201cThe Jennifer Hudson Show,\u201d was reportedly canceled. <\/p>\n

Rob Shuter reported the news on his \u201cNaughty or Nice\u201d Substack on Thursday, February 5. <\/p>\n

\u2018Jennifer Hudson Show\u2019 Reportedly Canceled<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Jennifer Hudson Show\u201d is currently in its fourth season<\/a>, and, according to Shuter<\/a>, it will be the last. <\/p>\n

\u201cJennifer is heartbroken. She really believed in this show,\u201d a source told Shuter on Thursday. <\/p>\n

Another insider claimed \u201cThe Voice<\/a>\u201d coach did not make the decision to end her show.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis wasn\u2019t her choice. She wanted to keep going,\u201d the source noted.<\/p>\n

The news comes just one day after The U.S. Sun reported<\/a> that the beloved talk show was \u201cin danger.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cJennifer\u2019s team is panicking that they will be next on the chopping block after the news about Sherri and Kelly,\u201d a source reportedly told the outlet on Wednesday, February 4. \u201cAnd truth is, there does not seem to be much of a future for \u2018The Jennifer Hudson Show.’\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider added, \u201cIt doesn\u2019t make money, it doesn\u2019t get good ratings or awards recognition\u2026It\u2019s just filler space until the network figures out how else it wants to use its airtime.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Jennifer Hudson Show\u201d premiered on September 12, 2022. The series was seemingly a replacement for \u201cThe Ellen DeGeneres Show,\u201d<\/a> as much of the staff moved over after its wrap. It\u2019s also filmed on the same sound stage at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California. <\/p>\n

Throughout its run, \u201cThe Jennifer Hudson Show\u201d was nominated for 10 Emmy Awards.<\/p>\n

\u2018The Kelly Clarkson Show\u2019 and \u2018Sherri\u2019 Also Canceled<\/p>\n

The news of Hudson\u2019s show ending comes on the heels of Kelly Clarkson announcing her talk show was coming to an end<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cI have been extremely fortunate to work with such an outstanding group of people at \u2018The Kelly Clarkson Show,\u2019 both in Los Angeles and New York,\u201d she shared via Instagram<\/a> on February 2. \u201cThere have been so many amazing moments and shows over these seven seasons.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cBecause of all of that, this was not an easy decision \u2014 but this season will be my last hosting \u2018TKCS.’\u201d<\/p>\n

The following day, it was announced the \u201cSherri\u201d would also not be returning<\/a> in the fall. <\/p>\n

\u201cWow! I am completely overwhelmed by the outpouring of love for me and The @sherrishowtv. You might\u2019ve noticed that yesterday and today I was struggling because I wasn\u2019t feeling up to speed,\u201d Shepherd wrote via Instagram<\/a>. \u201cWell it turns out I have Covid. As soon as I feel better and return to the show, I will address all of the news that has come out.\u201d<\/p>\n
