From director Chuck Russell (A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, The Blob), Witchboard is now available on Digital from Paramount.<\/p>\n

Ricardo Ferllen was commissioned to design a new poster for the release. Check it out below.<\/p>\n

Russell co-wrote the reimagining of the 1986 horror cult classic<\/a> with Greg McKay.<\/p>\n

After a young woman unearths an ancient spirit board, those closest to her begin dying in sudden, shocking ways. Now, her remaining friends must stop the curse\u2014before it takes them all.<\/p>\n

Madison Iseman (Annabelle Comes Home), Aaron Dominguez (\u201cOnly Murders in the Building\u201d), Melanie Jarnson (Mortal Kombat), Charlie Tahan (\u201cOzark\u201d), Antonia Desplat (\u201cThe Sandman\u201d), and Jamie Campbell Bower (\u201cStranger Things\u201d) star.<\/p>\n

Joe Lipsett wrote in his review<\/a>, \u201cWitchboard is messy and uneven, scattered in both narrative and performance, but fun enough to lightly recommend. It\u2019s not the slam dunk horror fans were hoping for from Russell\u2019s return, but as a lightly schlocky \u2018turn your brain off and just enjoy\u2019 title, it mostly fits the bill.\u201d<\/p>\n
