KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 10): ServAuto, a Malaysia-based automotive aftersales platform founded by a former Carsome executive, has secured new funding, bringing its total capital raised to close to US$6 million to date.<\/p>\n
The round was led by Vynn Capital, a Malaysian venture capital firm specialising in the mobility and supply chain sectors that also invested in Carsome.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe believe some of the most compelling opportunities in Malaysia and broader Southeast Asia sit at the intersection of mobility, operations and real-world execution.<\/p>\n
ServAuto is a great example of a new generation of Malaysian startups emerging from the broader Malaysian ecosystem,\u201d said Victor Chua, founding and managing partner of Vynn Capital.<\/p>\n
The round also saw participation from Openspace Capital, SWC Global and Gobi Partners, alongside other angel investors.<\/p>\n
ServAuto \u2014 a digital-first automotive aftersales platform designed to address fragmentation in Malaysia’s automotive aftersales market \u2014 has already served over 30,000 customers across the country within 12 months.<\/p>\n
With this new round of funding, ServAuto will continue to expand its product and service coverage and deepen its nationwide workshop network.<\/p>\n
