THE RUNDOWN:

The Summer I Turned Pretty series finale will come out on Wednesday, September 17 at 5pm AEST.

It’s unconfirmed whether there will be a bonus episode.

Jenny Han has confirmed the episode will not be 90 minutes.

Look alive, people, because today is the day. Today, we find out who Belly ends up with, and more importantly, we learn whether Connie baby will get his happily ever after when The Summer I Turned Pretty wraps. Tonight, the (allegedly) last-ever episode of the hit coming-of-age series comes to an end and while we love living in this love- and drama-filled world, we have to say that we’re so ready to see how this all ends up.

Season three kicked off with a four-year time jump that saw us learning that while Conrad Fisher was brooding his way through medical school, Belly and Jeremiah were partying their way through every frat house at their college. With Taylor and Steven cheating on their respective partners with one another and eventually getting together, we’ve followed this pack of 20-somethings navigate some real drama.

This is in-line with the rest of the series, which has dealt with themes like first love, first heartbreak, and the grief that comes after a family matriarch passes. Toss in a poorly thought out engagement, a beautifully filthy scene involving a peach — and another involving a bathtub — plus a hefty dose of yearning, it’s safe to say we’ve all been hooked on Belly’s journey.

Now, Belly’s in Paris and apparently about to cut a bob as Conrad once again (we hope) goes after his girl. At this point, we’re unwilling to accept Conrad getting anything but his happy ending. But above all else, we’re just excited to see whether Jenny Han, the show’s creator and writer of the book trilogy the series is based on, will give us everything we want. Which is to say, an entire episode of Belly and Conrad being blissfully loved up.

What Time Does The Summer I Turned Pretty Finale Come Out In Australia?

Like every episode of season three before it, The Summer I Turned Pretty series finale will come out on Wednesday, September 17 at 5pm AEST (or 3pm in Perth). You can stream it on Prime Video.

Will There Be A Bonus Episode Of The Summer I Turned Pretty?

Over the past week, fans have been speculating that the final episode will not be what it seems. Everything from speculation over whether there will be four more episodes, one more episode, or that the finale will be 90 minutes long (this has been debunked by Han) has been on the table.

At this stage, there is no word on whether there will be any official episodes beyond the finale, but we will be keeping our fingers crossed.
