So when I heard Barry\u2019s bootcamp had landed in Dublin this year, I was eager to have a nose. The brand has long cemented itself as the fitness institution across the pond for people looking to get absolutely jacked. I\u2019m not necessarily chasing abs, but I was curious to see what the hype was about.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom0 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">To the Boomers out there wondering what on earth Barry\u2019s bootcamp is? It\u2019s an infamous high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that celebs like Kim Kardashian and Posh and Becks rave about. Each class lasts about 60 minutes and will set you back \u20ac26. Half of the class is treadmill based, alternating between a light jog and sprints, the other half is weights focused.
