We understand it was a seven-figure deal. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tCountry Roads is described as a romantic dramedy set in the world of country music.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tSchroeder is an Oscar-, WGA- and BAFTA-nominated writer for Best Adapted Screenplay for the film Hidden Figures, which grossed more than $237 million at the global box office in 2016. Her other writing credits include the $1.45 billion-grossing Frozen 2, the near $1B-grossing worldwide A Minecraft Movie, as well as Disney\u2019s live-action Christopher Robin and the Gal Gadot Netflix action movie Heart of Stone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tShe is repped by Jake Weiner at Good Fear Content, WME, and Ginsberg Daniels Kallis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tDwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, and Hiram Garcia are producing Country Roads for Seven Bucks Productions alongside Schroeder. Kimberly Bialek will oversee for Seven Bucks Productions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tSeven Bucks\u2019 upcoming projects include Disney\u2019s live-action\u00a0Moana\u00a0and the next installment in the\u00a0Jumanji\u00a0franchise for Sony, both premiering this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tPast films have included A24\u2019s\u00a0The Smashing Machine, written and\u00a0directed by Benny Safdie and starring Johnson and Emily Blunt; the Jumanji\u00a0franchise;\u00a0Red Notice, Netflix\u2019s most-watched original live-action movie of all time; and theatrical tentpoles including\u00a0Jungle Cruise,\u00a0Hobbs &amp; Shaw and\u00a0Red One,\u00a0the latter then most-viewed movie on Prime Video.
