This completes the rollout of the company\u2019s new digital booking ecosystem ahead of this year\u2019s Chinese New Year celebrations.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe mobile app is the latest development in Puspakom\u2019s ongoing #MacamBaharu transformation, focused on improving customer experience through greater accuracy, clarity and operational efficiency,\u201d said Mahmood Razak Bahman, CEO of Puspakom.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe GiCheck website, launched in January 2026, laid the foundation for a more stable and accurate booking system. The mobile app now extends that capability to customers who prefer mobile access, while maintaining the same data integrity and inspection standards,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Available for download via the <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/my\/app\/gicheck\/id6446188301\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Apple App Store (iOS)<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.erps.mypuspakomv2&amp;hl=en\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Google Play Store (Android)<\/a>, the GiCheck app replaces the previous MyPuspakom app and serves as an extension of the GiCheck website. Mahmood pointed out that the new app addresses long-standing customer pain points, particularly booking errors caused by manual data entry and unclear inspection eligibility.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough direct integration with the road transport department\u2019s (JPJ) mySIKAP platform, GiCheck allows vehicle information to be retrieved more accurately, helping customers check inspection eligibility and required documents earlier in the booking journey,\u201d he said. This reduces failed bookings, inspection rejections and unnecessary repeat visits, while also supporting smoother operations at Puspakom inspection centres nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>Looking to sell your car?
