Particularly, as the singer and her former bandmates opened up the more about their respective takes on her exit.<\/p>\n

It cast a shadow of doubt on the feasibility of a reconciliation, especially after all involved confirmed that communication had ceased.<\/p>\n

It would appear that time is the ultimate healer, because Nelson has revealed that her ex-comrades Perrie Edwards<\/a>, Jade Thirlwall<\/a>, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock<\/a> have been in contact.<\/p>\n

Speaking with hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O\u2019Leary, Nelson shared that the ladies have touched base with her since she welcomed her twin daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Munroe.<\/p>\n

She said:<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, they\u2019ve reached out to me. It\u2019s been lovely. It\u2019s very healing, It\u2019s lovely.\u201d<\/p>\n

Continuing, she added:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were genuinely best friends. Things happen in life; it doesn\u2019t always go the way you think it is going to, but I think\u2026three of us are moms now, we\u2019ve all had time to heal, it\u2019s been nearly six years. It\u2019s one of them things that takes time. And who knows what will happen, but since they\u2019ve been reaching out, it\u2019s lovely. It\u2019s definitely healed a part of me for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nelson appeared on the show to promote her newly released Prime Video documentary, \u2018Life After Little Mix.\u2019 She also seized the moment to spotlight her awareness drive for SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy), the rare condition her twins were diagnosed with.<\/p>\n
