Zion, who typically chows down on a Big Mac, and RJ, more of a Quarter Pounder lover, were McLovin\u2019 the idea from the moment they heard it.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe hardest thing was actually trying to contain it, because we were already so excited to share with everyone what was going on,\u201d Zion said.<\/p>\n
He said McDonald\u2019s arrived at the reception at 8.30pm with the platter, even providing a selection without pickles and onions. <\/p>\n
\u201cAll the guests were shocked to say the least.\u201d<\/p>\n
Director of marketing Luke Rive said when the fast food chain heard RJ was officially becoming a McDonald, it felt like a fun opportunity to be part of a really special day. <\/p>\n
