Dax Holland was a long-time member of Tauranga\u2019s homeless community and a regular at community meals. His death shocked those who knew him.<\/p>\n

Police have arrested a man and charged him with murder after Tauranga man Dax Holland<\/a> was found dead last weekend.<\/p>\n

Holland\u2019s body was found at Wharepai Domain on Saturday, February 14.<\/p>\n

After an autopsy on Monday, police began a homicide investigation.<\/p>\n

\n In a statement today, they
\n said a 24-year-old had been charged with murder and was due to appear in Tauranga District Court tomorrow.\n <\/p>\n
