Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2026 bride Brook Crompton has officially released a statement addressing her behaviour \u2014 which fans have dubbed as \u201cdisgusting\u201d<\/a> \u2014 in the last few episodes and *that* Dinner Party.\n<\/p>\n

ICYMI, the MAFS fanbase has been shook to its core (in the worst way possible) following Wednesday night\u2019s Dinner Party<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To give you a quick recap of what has been dubbed the most explosive Dinner Party in MAFS history<\/a>, after abruptly leaving the experiment, Brook decided to return for the weekly Dinner Party. <\/p>\n

However, she didn\u2019t return to patch things up with Chris Nield. Instead, she made it clear that she was there to confront her fellow brides, Stella Mickunaite and Alissa Fay, for calling her out during the first Commitment Ceremony. <\/p>\n

During her rampage, Brook called Stella \u201cfucking dumb\u201d and Alissa a \u201cratchet idiot\u201d. She also mocked Alissa\u2019s voice, went on to call them \u201closers\u201d (with the L hand sign) and \u201cbitches\u201d multiple times. <\/p>\n

Following the episodes, fans have brutally dragged Brook \u2014 as well as Gia Fleur and Bec Zacharia \u2014 for their Dinner Party behaviour. <\/p>\n

Now, the polarising bride has broken her silence on the most explosive MAFS Dinner Party in history. <\/p>\n

Brooke Crompton addresses Married At First Sight\u2018s most explosive Dinner Party <\/p>\n

\u201cLast night and the past few episodes of Married At First Sight was an extremely difficult watch,\u201d Brook wrote in an Instagram Post shared on Thursday afternoon. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhat you saw last night was the worst version of myself, and unfortunately, Alissa and Stella were on the receiving end of that. <\/p>\n

\u201cI want to firstly, sincerely apologise to Alissa and Stella for my words and the hurt that I have caused. My actions were appalling and not at all a reflection of the kindness and respect that you both deserve and I hope in time you can forgive me. I am truly sorry.\u201d <\/p>\n

The Gold Coast-based model continued to apologise to her fellow couples and the audience as they had to \u201cwitness [her] behaviour\u201d. <\/p>\n

\u201cBullying should never be condoned, and I am extremely embarrassed by the way that I acted,\u201d she continued. <\/p>\n

In the second slide, Brook said she has since learned from that Dinner Party and that her behaviour then \u201cis not a reflection of who I am at my core\u201d. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe Dinner Party was filmed in August last year, and since then, I have had time to reflect and learn from my actions,\u201d Brook added. <\/p>\n

\u201cI know trust is rebuilt through actions, not just words, and I will continue doing the work to be better.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m looking forward to moving on with my life with more kindness and hope that those watching will choose to do the same.\u201d <\/p>\n

Alissa Fay slams Brook Crompton and Gia Fleur\u2019s apology <\/p>\n

Ahead of Brook\u2019s public statement, Alissa \u2014 who was in the firing line of Wednesday night\u2019s rampage \u2014 revealed to PEDESTRIAN.TV<\/a> that both Brook and Gia have since apologised to her for their behaviour. <\/p>\n

However, she prefaced that the \u201cmultiple apologies\u201d she received were \u201cnever authentic\u201d. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve received multiple apologies, but they were never authentic because they would still be mean,\u201d Alissa dished. <\/p>\n

\u201cGia has apologised as well, but since apologising, she has been nasty and she\u2019s said lots of things and articles have been released. <\/p>\n

\u201cBrook sent me a message five weeks after that Dinner Party to apologise, but she was just blaming producers and blaming everyone else but herself, so I just didn\u2019t even reply or respond to that.\u201d <\/p>\n

Alissa went on to say that \u201cthey\u2019ll blame everyone else\u201d before taking accountability for their actions. <\/p>\n

Alissa also shares the same sentiment as Byrne, telling P.TV, \u201cBullying is not okay.
