The Jolene hitmaker\u2019s health trouble comes after a challenging year for Parton after the tragic loss of her husband, Carl Dean.<\/p>\n
Her beloved husband of 58 years died in March at the age of 82.<\/p>\n
Parton\u2019s faith has helped her to cope with the immense grief.<\/p>\n
She recently told the Independent: \u201cI am a person of faith, and I truly believe that I\u2019m going to see him again some day.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd I see him every day in my memories and in my heart, and in all the things that we used to do and all the things that we\u2019ve built together. You just kind of have to learn to kind of make new plans but that\u2019s the hardest part.\u201d<\/p>\n
Parton has felt lonely since losing her husband but is relieved he\u2019s \u201cnot suffering any more\u201d after being ill \u201cfor quite a while\u201d.<\/p>\n
She shared: \u201cI really feel his presence. I just try to go on, because I know I have to. And he was ill for quite a while, and part of me was at peace that he was at peace and not suffering any more.
