From January of last year until the beginning of March, the price of eggs remained relatively stable, between \u20ac1.61 and \u20ac1.62.<\/p>\n
However, on 12 March of the same year, it reached \u20ac1.70 and began its upward trajectory, rising to \u20ac2.05 on the 16th of this month and to \u20ac2.07 a week later.<\/p>\n
Between 18 June and 15 October, it fluctuated between \u20ac2 and \u20ac2.07.<\/p>\n
On 22 October, it reached a peak of \u20ac2.12, a level it maintained until 18 February 2026, except on 17 December (\u20ac2.10).<\/p>\n
