On Tuesday, Feb. 24, Paramount+ revealed the trailer for the new series, which stars Pfeiffer, Kurt Russell<\/a>, Patrick J. Adams<\/a> and Matthew Fox<\/a>, among others, and is described as a “heartfelt study of grief and human connection following a New York City family in the Madison River valley of central Montana.”<\/p>\n In the trailer, Pfeiffer, who plays Stacy Clyburn, is grieving. She’s seen leaving N.Y.C. and embracing life in Montana with her family, who bond over activities like learning to fish with her grandkid. “Memories, it’s like a movie we can play over and over to revisit all those times we did have together \u2014 all the talks, all the laughs, all the hugs,” she says in a voiceover.<\/p>\n While it’s unclear what she’s struggling with, Russell doesn’t appear in the same scenes in Montana alongside Stacy. At point point, Stacy says that her family is not “designed to withstand tragedy” and collapses in tears as she wades into a lake.<\/p>\n “I’m 65 years old, I have a very small window to feed this,” Stacy says, pointing to her heart.<\/p>\n “You will have as much life as you allow yourself to,” Dr. Phill Yorn (Will Arnett<\/a>) tells her.<\/p>\n Emerson Miller\/Paramount + <\/p>\n Russell, who plays Preston Clyburn, is mostly with his brother Paul (Fox) in the trailer, as they go fishing and spend time in the Montana wildlife.<\/p>\n “That’s why I’m here.
