Drivers of Tuki Tuki Rd in Hawke\u2019s Bay may have recently noticed a new paved road near the intersection of Waim\u0101rama Rd.<\/p>\n

\n The road, sitting behind a temporary fence, reaches high up into the hills opposite the Tuki Tuki River from Te Mata Peak and leads to a new housing
\n development offering up breathtaking views all the way to Napier and beyond.\n <\/p>\n

The Weka Conservation Estate is the latest development from architect Andy Coltart, and held its launch day over the weekend.<\/p>\n

Coltart, his son Will and Jonathan McHardy have developed the land to comprise 37 sites, plus over 110ha of common land featuring 175,000 newly planted native trees and plants, private mountain bike and walking trails.<\/p>\n
