Former \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d star<\/a> Lisa Rinna has spoken openly about her relationship <\/a>with Andy Cohen since leaving the show. Now, years later, she has a new book out and appeared on Cohen\u2019s show, where he highlighted meaningful occasions from their friendship.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Rinna announced her exit from RHOBH in January 2023 after being on the show for eight seasons. Since leaving, she\u2019s stated that she wouldn\u2019t return, saying that era of her life was behind her.<\/p>\n

Andy Cohen Says Lisa Rinna Has Shown Up For Him <\/p>\n

Rinna appeared on \u201cWatch What Happens Live\u201d<\/a> on February 25 to promote her new book,<\/a> \u201cYou Better Believe I\u2019m Gonna Talk About It.\u201d Near the end of the episode, Cohen said, \u201cReading your book and thinking about you and I was thinking about you and our relationship as we were leading up to this day and seeing you on The Traitors reunion it is very clear to me that you have a very complicated relationship with the Housewives and a little bit with me as a result of that.\u201d<\/p>\n

He then discussed the times Rinna has been there for him. Cohen said, \u201cYou know, I have to tell you something, and I have to thank you because what I realized is that you showed up for me on two of the most important days of my life. First of all, at my baby shower.\u201d<\/p>\n

From there, the WWHL host recalled that Rinna was \u201cthe hypemaster\u201d at his 2019 baby shower, stating that he would \u201cnever forget it.\u201d After that, he mentioned that Rinna and Garcelle Beauvais spoke about him at his 2022 Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony. He called it, \u201cAnother of the most special days of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Regarding the ceremony, Cohen also stated that Rinna \u201cshowed up\u201d for him despite her grief over her mother\u2019s death. In the end, Rinna said, \u201cIt was my absolute pleasure.\u201d Elsewhere in the episode, Cohen apologized for including her text messages in his own book. <\/p>\n

The Former RHOBH Star Announced Her Book in 2025<\/p>\n

Rinna has lived an impressive life<\/a>, from her time on \u201cDays of Our Lives\u201d to her stint on \u201cThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.\u201d To document it, she announced her memoir, \u201cYou Better Belive I\u2019m Gonna Talk About It,\u201d in September 2025. Dey Street is the publisher. <\/p>\n

While discussing the book with PEOPLE<\/a>, Rinna said, \u201cI don\u2019t know if everyone is ready for all of the truth I am unloading in this book. But I was certainly ready to tell it. Life comes with a lot of ups and downs, and so much of it gets lost \u2018in the editing,\u2019 if you will. It was time to share the director\u2019s cut.\u201d<\/p>\n

She went on, \u201cI put so much of myself into this book; the good, the bad, and the wackadoodle. It feels really good to see it finally come together. The vault is open, honey!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou Better Believe I\u2019m Gonna Talk About It\u201d was released on February 24. <\/p>\n
