Ryan Gosling is headed back to space. The Oscar nominee (and audience favourite) finds himself in a galaxy far, far away in Phil Lord and Christopher Miller\u2019s new sci-fi adventure, Project Hail Mary, set to hit theatres on March 20.<\/p>\n
This time, the Canadian actor takes on the role of science teacher Ryland Grace, a man who wakes up on a spaceship light-years from home with no recollection of who he is or how he got there. As his memory returns, he uncovers his mission: to solve the riddle of the mysterious substance that is causing the sun to die out. But just how will he solve this life-or-death conundrum all by himself in outer space? An unexpected and unlikely friendship may mean he doesn\u2019t have to.<\/p>\n
Based on the 2021 novel by Andy Weir, with a screenplay by Drew Goddard, the impressive feature also stars Sandra H\u00fcller, Lionel Boyce, Ken Leung, and Milana Vayntrub.<\/p>\n
