Prince William<\/a> is said to have built a close bond with his aunt Princess Anne<\/a> over the years, with the 75-year-old described as a “great solace” to her nephew. William joined his aunts, Anne and Duchess Sophie, for a joint surprise engagement in Wales on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

He said: “The dynamic between the pair is fantastic… William has a fantastic relationship with Anne and all the immediate Royal Family.<\/p>\n

“You can see he has no issues with her at all and they seem to get along very well. What you see is what you get.”<\/p>\n

He then added that Anne has secretly helped her nephew’s confidence – adding how William “used to be quite introverted”<\/p>\n

Mr Stanton added: “Anne is a great solace to William.<\/p>\n

“He\u2019s become very confident and evolved in his communication skills as he used to be quite introverted”.<\/p>\n

As well as Anne. William also enjoys a close relationship with her daughter, Zara and her husband Mike Tindall<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mike, 47, has also revealed that their three children \u2013 Mia, 12, Lena, seven, and four-year-old Lucas \u2013 are firm friends with Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and seven-year-old Prince Louis.<\/p>\n
