Newly-signed front rower Cooper Page-Wilson has been pressed straight into service for the One New Zealand Warriors\u2019 New South Wales Cup side for Friday night\u2019s second-round encounter with Canberra at Go Media Stadium on Friday night (5.15pm kick-off).<\/p>\n
The 25-year-old has been picked up on a two-year deal from the Queensland Cup after making a total of 56 appearances for the Wynnum-Manly Seagulls and the Sunshine Coast Falcons in the last three seasons.<\/p>\n
He slots into the front row alongside fellow prop Rodney Tuipulotu-Vea and hooker Makaia Tafua with the back row of Kayliss Fatialofa, Eddie Ieremia-Toeava and Paea Sikuvea the same as the one used in the tough first-round outing against the Sydney Roosters last Friday night.<\/p>\n
After last year\u2019s all conquering campaign, the One New Zealand Warriors have gone into the 2026 season without a wealth of experienced players as the club focuses on developing players of the future.<\/p>\n
Apart from Page-Wilson coming into the lineup, there\u2019s change in the centres with Bay Roskill Vikings junior Josh Tanielu partnering Caelys Putoko. There\u2019s one change on the bench with former Roosters and Bulldogs half Cassius Tia named.<\/p>\n
