Public interest surrounding the suspected kidnapping of Nancy Guthrie continues to grow as new commentary emerges around the case, with broadcaster Megyn Kelly weighing in as well. The 84-year-old was reported missing after she failed to attend a scheduled church service following a night at her Catalina Foothills home.

As speculation and online discussion swirl, Kelly weighed in on claims circulating about possible suspects within the family. Speaking on her podcast, Kelly said she has reason to believe Nancy’s daughter, “Today” co-host Savannah Guthrie, does not suspect any relatives in the alleged kidnapping.

Megyn Kelly claims Savannah Guthrie doesn’t suspect brother-in-law in mom’s kidnapping

During the March 13 episode of “The Megyn Kelly Show,” Kelly addressed reports that had suggested investigators might be looking at Nancy Guthrie’s son-in-law in connection with the suspected kidnapping.

Kelly said she has been unable to verify certain claims surrounding the case. However, the journalist insisted she has confirmed one key point. “I have confirmed that Savannah is livid about that report and definitely does not suspect her sister or her brother-in-law,” Kelly said on the podcast.

Kelly also emphasized that Guthrie remains supportive of her family during what has become an emotionally difficult situation. “Of course, you know, she loves her sister, I’m sure she loves her brother-in-law, and I’m sure she genuinely doesn’t believe they had anything to do with it,” Kelly added.

The comments come amid continued uncertainty in the investigation into Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance. According to reports, Nancy was last seen when her daughter, Annie Guthrie, and Annie’s husband, Tommaso Cioni, dropped her off at her home in Arizona’s Catalina Foothills area.

Concern reportedly grew the following day when Nancy did not show up for a church service she regularly attended. After attempts to reach her were unsuccessful, family members alerted authorities and reported her missing.

Since then, searches and investigative efforts have continued. The family has reportedly offered a $1 million reward for information that could help locate Nancy or provide answers about what happened. Despite those efforts, officials have not publicly confirmed any suspects in the case as of yet.
