The products are sold at supermarkets and retailers throughout New Zealand, Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) said. <\/p>\n

Not all batches and flavours are affected, so consumers are asked to check the information on the recall page carefully. <\/p>\n

Affected products have been removed from shelves. <\/p>\n

\u201cIf you have any at home, don\u2019t eat them. You can return them to the place of purchase for a refund. If that\u2019s not possible, throw them out,\u201d MPI said. <\/p>\n

At this stage, New Zealand Food Safety has not received any notifications of associated injury. <\/p>\n

\u201cAs is our usual practice, NZFS will work with Tasti Products Ltd to understand how this happened and prevent its recurrence,\u201d Arbuckle said. <\/p>\n

Some of the affected products have been exported to Australia, Fiji, India and Singapore.<\/p>\n

New Zealand Food Safety has informed food safety authorities in those countries.<\/p>\n
