They were dragging me and Gayle,\u201d she said during a taping of The Oprah Podcast, as seen in March 12 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DVzXnavDsCB\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> video. \u201cThey were like, \u2018Look at them walking like they&#8217;re 90 years old.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Oprah, 72, explained that her commitment to her ensemble was to blame for her unusually slow pace, noting that the sunglasses her stylist gave her for the outing impaired her eyesight.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wear glasses or I wear contacts,\u201d she continued. \u201cThose were not prescription glasses, so I didn&#8217;t know where I was walking. I could not see.
