The best revenge plots are brainstormed in the comfort of a bed.<\/p>\n
When the sun sets, all the wives gather around the fire pit clinking margarita glasses \u2013 except Bec, who lurks on the outskirts death-staring everyone. She has been isolated all day and she\u2019s losing her mind.<\/p>\n
She can\u2019t help herself. She skulks over to Rachel\u2019s husband Steven.<\/p>\n
\u201cSteve-O, why is Rachel\u2019s face like that?\u201d she gossips. \u201cTonight, Rachel\u2019s face is like a slapped arse, to be honest with you.\u201d<\/p>\n
This girl just won\u2019t quit stirring the pot.<\/p>\n
To quote Bec herself: “Don’t stare at me with your evil eyes!”<\/p>\n
When Rachel mentions to the others that she doesn\u2019t want to talk about the fingerbang scandal any more, Bec takes this as an invitation to dart over and continue talking about the fingerbang scandal.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m willing to move on because I don\u2019t wanna see you hurt,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
Oh, yeah. That\u2019s why you want to sweep it under the rug.<\/p>\n
Bec won\u2019t stop. She keeps apologising while also insisting it was \u201cjust a joke\u201d and \u201ca throwaway comment\u201d \u2013 the classic non-apology.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am your friend! You are my person!\u201d Bec yells, finger in Rachel\u2019s face.<\/p>\n
Bec\u2019s reframed the entire situation: she\u2019s the wounded party, Rachel\u2019s the traitor for letting others \u201cattack\u201d her. After another round of yelling, Bec storms off with her catchphrase: \u201cI\u2019m done!\u201d<\/p>\n
Rachel\u2019s left reeling.<\/p>\n
\u201cI just got blasted pretty hard,\u201d she tells the others, retiring to bed.<\/p>\n
Indeed. First a fingerbang scandal. Now a BecBlasting debacle.<\/p>\n
Now it\u2019s Gia\u2019s turn. Stage two is officially underway.<\/p>\n
\u201cClassic Bec. This enrages me,\u201d Gia announces, marching over to her enemy.<\/p>\n
The confrontation erupts.<\/p>\n
\u201cShut up!\u201d Bec yells.<\/p>\n
\u201cNo, you shut up, baaaaabe!\u201d Gia fires back.<\/p>\n
Then Bec pivots to Juliette. \u201cShush! Shush!\u201d<\/p>\n
Juliette\u2019s had enough. \u201cYou\u2019re an idiot if ya keep tellin\u2019 me to shush!\u201d<\/p>\n
Bec looms over her. \u201cCome at me! Come at me!\u201d<\/p>\n
She seems to be daring Juliette to get physical. The group panics.<\/p>\n
\u201cNo, don\u2019t!\u201d someone screams.<\/p>\n
Another wife jumps between them as a human barrier.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s when Juliette delivers the line that will echo through Mafs history: \u201cBec, every night you\u2019ve been the dumbest c*** here!\u201d<\/p>\n
Oh, she also calls Bec a \u201cfreak\u201d. Because sometimes the C-word is simply not strong enough.<\/p>\n
Maybe we should all get the insult screen-printed on merch \u2014 just like Bec did with fingerbang.<\/p>\n
Danny rushes to defend his wife. \u201cPull ya head in! Don\u2019t call Bec a dumb c*** and a freak!\u201d<\/p>\n
Juliette doesn\u2019t back down. \u201cShe\u2019s giving \u2018dumb c*** and \u2018freak\u2019!\u201d<\/p>\n
Gia watches from the sidelines, beaming with pride.<\/p>\n
\u201cHell yeah, Juliette owned it tonight. I\u2019m really proud of her,\u201d she grins.<\/p>\n
Eventually, Bec storms off to her room. Danny follows and makes an executive decision: they will evacuate the retreat in the dark of night and escape to a roadside motel.<\/p>\n
We watch as they roll their Samsonite luggage into the rural darkness.<\/p>\n
