Meanwhile, Bec\u2019s still playing victim: \u201cTo be called a dumb c*** and freak over and over \u2026 what have I done?\u201d<\/p>\n
Before dinner, Juliette tries to apologise privately to Bec for all the vulgar name-calling after the fingerbang scandal at the retreat. Bec refuses to hear her out \u2013 not here, not now \u2026 and certainly not without an audience. This conversation will happen at the dining table, with a jeering crowd and bottomless wine.<\/p>\n
Dinner begins with Bec declaring the others are jealous of her \u201cwealthy, good-looking\u201d husband with his \u201chumungous package\u201d.<\/p>\n
Ew. Also, not true.<\/p>\n
She pivots to Juliette.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou came for me day after day. What did I do to deserve being called a dumb c*** and a freak multiple times?\u201d she probes.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ll tell you,\u201d Juliette fires back. \u201c[It\u2019s because of] the comment you made about the fingerbanging.\u201d<\/p>\n
Down in the basement, the experts watching on CCTV collectively groan. They yearn for the simpler days of this show \u2013 with cheating scandals and toilet toothbrushes. A more innocent time.<\/p>\n
Now Davina and Dean seem like saints.<\/p>\n
Juliette exposes everything: Bec trash-talking Rachel for days, the fingerbang merch empire, all of it.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat wasn\u2019t said, babe!\u201d Bec lies. \u201cNone of this is factual.\u201d<\/p>\n
That\u2019s when Rachel speaks up \u2013 and shocks everyone. She\u2019s sick of people using her as an excuse to execute their own vendettas. She criticises Juliette for using that language against Bec under the guise of defending her.<\/p>\n
Juliette\u2019s blindsided.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor [Rachel] to turn so quickly? That hurt me. Because she\u2019s the reason I\u2019m in this situation!\u201d she fumes.<\/p>\n
She glances at her wing woman Gia, waiting for back-up. Gia stays silent. The alliance is crumbling.<\/p>\n
The other wives rally around Bec. These are the same women who Bec has actively attacked and berated and insulted over the past four weeks. Bec\u2019s mission to position herself as the victim has worked.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Gia sits on the sidelines, watching her empire crumble. She needs a new weapon.<\/p>\n
\u201cBec\u2019s a calculated, evil person,\u201d she tries.<\/p>\n
Nobody\u2019s biting. Time for the nuclear option.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve got texts of her talking s*** about everyone. She\u2019s pathological,\u201d Gia declares. \u201cShe should be very worried. I\u2019ve got all this in screenshots. The things she said about them is so f***ed.\u201d<\/p>\n
At this point, we\u2019ve had so many Mafs text message screenshots that Channel 9 should display them in an exhibition at the National Gallery of Australia.<\/p>\n
Release the screenshots!<\/p>\n
Producers underscore this threat with menacing orchestral music. We get a preview of bleeped insults that are allegedly in the screenshots. But Gia won\u2019t reveal them tonight. She\u2019s saving them for Sunday\u2019s commitment ceremony \u2013 in front of the experts. Or maybe she\u2019ll wait until Monday \u2013 dangling them over Bec\u2019s head. Total torture. Maximum damage.<\/p>\n
