Meghan has made a major announcement about her future plans just a day after bruising allegations surfaced about her relationship with Netflix.<\/p>\n
The Duchess of Sussex shared behind-the-scenes pictures of herself and her four-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet, on Instagram<\/a> on Wednesday to promote As Ever\u2019s new collaboration with luxury flower company High Camp Supply.<\/p>\n While her face was not in shot, Lilibet \u2013 who is the second child of Meghan and Prince Harry \u2013 was seen wearing a beige dress with her long red hair worn loose.<\/p>\n \u201cSomething is blooming. A new collaboration with @highcampgardenias arrives tomorrow,\u201d the caption on the initial post read. \u201cSign up for the launch reminder so you don\u2019t miss it.\u201d<\/p>\n In a separate album, shared on Meghan\u2019s personal account, she uploaded a video and two images of \u201cmama\u2019s little helpers\u201d.<\/p>\n The news came just a day after Variety<\/a> posted an unflattering article about the demise of Netflix\u2019s partnership<\/a> with Meghan\u2019s lifestyle brand, which it had initially joined forces with early last year.<\/p>\n Despite the positive public statements about the end of the working relationship, sources painted a very different picture of the situation to the industry bible.<\/p>\n Among the unflattering allegations was the claim that Meghan would \u201cdisappear\u201d during Zoom meetings when she was offended by a remark.<\/p>\n The insider told Variety that \u201cthe mood in the building is, \u2018we\u2019re done\u2019\u201d, adding that both Harry and Meghan\u2019s behaviour has \u201cruffled feathers in meetings\u201d.<\/p>\n However, Meghan\u2019s lawyer hit back at the allegation, pointing out that she \u201cworks from home, is the mother of young children aged 4 and 6, and often encounters children who enter the space unexpectedly during a meeting.\u201d<\/p>\n Meanwhile, a spokesman for Netflix told Page Six<\/a> that the split was always part of the plan.<\/p>\n \u201cMeghan\u2019s passion for elevating everyday moments in beautiful yet simple ways inspired the creation of the As Ever brand, and we are glad to have played a role in bringing that vision to life,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n \u201cAs it was always intended, Meghan will continue growing the brand and take it into its next chapter independently, and we look forward to celebrating how she continues to bring joy to households around the world.\u201d<\/p>\n Meghan and Harry negotiated an eye-watering, multimillion-dollar deal with the streaming giant to plenty of fanfare after quitting royal duties in 2020.<\/p>\n They struck major success with their explosive docu-series Harry & Meghan, but struggled to find an audience for their other projects.<\/p>\n With Love, Meghan fared better in the ratings, but was skewered by critics across its two seasons. A one-off holiday special was released in December.
