The \u2060buyer is \u200cJSW Steel, according to \u200ba \u200bsource briefed on the sale<\/p>\n<p>* True \u2060Champion was destined for China on \u200bMarch 9, Kpler data showed, before \u200bchanging its destination to Singapore and then India over the course of the last week<br \/>* China&#8217;s state iron ore buyer CMRG barred steelmakers \u200cand traders from purchasing Jimblebar fines in September, and has progressively \u200bexpanded its \u200brestrictions to \u2060other products as it negotiates the terms of BHP&#8217;s 2026 supply contract<\/p>\n<p>* CMRG relaxed \u200bthe ban for a week last Friday, allowing steelmakers to buy Jimblebar cargoes already at Chinese ports.
