(Jessica Hromas)<\/p>\n<p>Sandilands&#8217; legal team is arguing that \ufeffARN&#8217;s claim he committed &#8220;serious misconduct&#8221; during an on-air bust-up with co-host Jackie O Henderson is untrue.<\/p>\n<p>They argue his termination on the grounds of serious misconduct is therefore invalid.\ufeff<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They allege that there was no act of serious misconduct or breach of contract, and that the termination was unconscionable under the Australian Consumer Law,&#8221; the statement from ARN reads.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The applicants seek an order for specific performance of two contracts, payment of whatever amounts are due and payable under the contracts at the time of judgment, and damages.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/https:\/\/prod.static9.net.au\/fs\/b27b74a1-df43-49a7-83a8-36a12cba4cf5.jpeg\"   alt=\"Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson\"\/>Jackie O Henderson was also taken off the air last month after an on-air bust up.
