{"id":355608,"date":"2026-03-30T18:42:27","date_gmt":"2026-03-30T18:42:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/355608\/"},"modified":"2026-03-30T18:42:27","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T18:42:27","slug":"sunlive-reprieve-for-papamoa-post-store","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/355608\/","title":{"rendered":"SunLive &#8211; Reprieve for P\u0101p\u0101moa post store"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Key postal services will remain available at Tara Rd Pharmacy in P\u0101p\u0101moa after NZ Post reversed an earlier decision to withdraw them.<\/p>\n<p>The decision followed strong community feedback and a national review process.<\/p>\n<p>People will be able to send domestic mail and buy stamps and prepaid envelopes from the pharmacy.<\/p>\n<p>International mail services will continue to operate from the main NZ Post branch in P\u0101p\u0101moa.<\/p>\n<p>The pharmacy had been among dozens nationwide earmarked to lose postal services as part of NZ Post\u2019s urban retail network review.
