The block has also effectively removed his comments from her former posts. <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s important to note that Megan doesn\u2019t follow anyone on Instagram at the moment. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/03\/30\/megan-fox-blocks-ex-mgk-on-instagram\/?adid=social-tw\" onclick=\"getOutboundLink(&#039;https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/03\/30\/megan-fox-blocks-ex-mgk-on-instagram\/?adid=social-tw&#039;); return false;\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">TMZ<\/a> says that Megan and MGK have \u201cno relationship outside of co-parenting their daughter, Saga.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>A few weeks ago, Megan made her return to Instagram and posted a series of racy photos, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justjared.com\/2026\/03\/03\/megan-fox-returns-to-instagram-with-series-of-racy-photos-mgk-leaves-flirty-comment\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">led MGK to leave flirty comments<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>In one of MGK\u2018s comments, he wrote, \u201cStoked I have your phone number.\u201d In another comment he said, \u201cStoked we had a baby.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Megan and MGK were first linked in early 2020 when they worked together on the indie movie Midnight in the Switchgrass. After announcing in 2024 that they were expecting their first child together, the couple split for a second time.
