Google&#8217;s Gemini AI powers Coach, which first launched in October for Fitbit&#8217;s US Android\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnet.com\/tech\/services-and-software\/is-fitbit-premium-worth-it-heres-everything-the-subscription-includes\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" class=\"c-shortcodeLink c-shortcodeLink-active\" target=\"_blank\">Premium subscribers<\/a>, who pay $10 per month or $80 per year for the service.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"u-speakableText-p2\">Since then, Google has continued to expand Coach access to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnet.com\/tech\/mobile\/fitbits-biggest-app-overhaul-is-coming-but-not-to-everyone-yet\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" class=\"c-shortcodeLink c-shortcodeLink-active\" target=\"_blank\">subscribers across various countries<\/a>\u00a0and has added iOS users. Most recently, Google introduced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnet.com\/health\/medical\/fitbit-personal-health-coach-medical-records\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" class=\"c-shortcodeLink c-shortcodeLink-active\" target=\"_blank\">additional features<\/a>, such as a sleep coach, a health advisor that connects to your medical records and a fitness trainer.<\/p>\n<p>Now, all subscribers can explore Coach&#8217;s features. Users without a Premium membership can join the product&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/fitbit\/answer\/16678124?visit_id=639106714267914682-2925604485&amp;p=public_preview&amp;rd=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"(opens in a new window)\" class=\"c-regularLink\">Public Preview<\/a> to track their health, fitness, sleep and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The newest additions include:<\/p>\n<p>Cycle Health: Lets you log your periods and related symptoms from the calendar. Premium members will have access to personalized insights on their menstrual cycles.<\/p>\n<p>Mental Wellbeing: You can log your moods and mindfulness sessions, and receive a stress management score called resilience, which shows how your body responds to stress.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nutrition and Water Logging: You can track your calories and water intake, log your meals, and receive personalized nutrition recommendations based on macronutrient ranges.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Users can also test future Fitbit app features that aren&#8217;t live yet and provide feedback to Google.
