Rob offered an update on his approach to training for THE BATMAN PART II,\u00a0noting that he has \u201crefined and streamlined\u201d his workout regimen for the sequel.<\/p>\n
Pattinson confirmed that he is continuing to rely on the same equipment he used during production of the first film: a Bosu ball and a single 5\u2011pound dumbbell.\u00a0 According to the RP, consistency is the key.<\/p>\n
There\u2019s no need to reinvent something that already works. The Bosu ball provides all the instability I need, and the five\u2011pound weight allows for controlled, deliberate movement. It\u2019s a very focused system.<\/p>\n
For the sequel, Pattinson explained that he has added one new component to his routine: The 7 Minute Workout<\/a>, a brief, app\u2011based circuit commonly used for general fitness.<\/p>\n It\u2019s efficient. Seven minutes is a manageable window. You can do it anywhere. It complements the Bosu work.<\/p>\n When asked whether he plans to increase the dumbbell weight for the sequel, Pattinson indicated that he does not.<\/p>\n Five pounds is sufficient.
