Motorola\u2019s Razr lineup offers one of the most robust flip phone experiences you can find today, but equally appealing is its multitude of colors and finishes. It looks like the company\u2019s upcoming 2026 entry will follow suit, with Moto\u2019s usual partnership with Pantone still on lock.<\/p>\n
As reported by YTechB<\/a>, the upcoming entry-level Moto Razr (2026) \u2014 referred to as the Razr 70 outside of North America, and no, I\u2019m not jealous of that simplicity \u2014 includes three color options, two of which pull directly from Pantone\u2019s library of unique shades. In addition to a standard pink model, Motorola will offer its device in Pantone Sparkling Green and Pantone Hematite. We don\u2019t expect any major redesigns for any of the phones in the Razr 2026 series, so these new shades represent the big visual distinction between older models.<\/p>\n Unsurprisingly, all three models also offer different finishes, as has become standard for Motorola over the past couple of generations. The \u201cSparkling Green\u201d model apparently uses a carbon fiber-esque texture \u2014 something the brand has leaned on a lot, lately \u2014 while the Hematite (read: warm gray<\/a>) color opts for a fabric finish. The non-Pantone-branded pink variant also adopts a third, unspecified feel in the hand, but assuming this is the same shade that previously leaked from TECCA<\/a>, it looks brushed to my eyes.<\/p>\n That previously-leaked image remains, unfortunately, the only look we have at this year\u2019s slate of colors for the entry-level Razr, though considering the pace at which leaks are picking up, don\u2019t be surprised if that changes before too long. We aren\u2019t expecting any major changes to either this Razr model or the flagship-tier Razr Ultra, which had its first renders leak last week<\/a>.
