Triumph is the official partner for the new James Bond video game, 007 First Light. Check out the custom TF 250-X with rear-facing flamethrower and tell me you don’t want to ride it, even just a little.<\/p>\n

I sold my PS5 in 2025 as a last-ditch attempt to curb my crippling gaming addiction, although I would’ve gotten quite a bit more had I waited until now. But it seems like the universe has other plans, because not only is there a new James Bond game titled 007 First Light, but Triumph is the official motorcycle partner.<\/p>\n

Gaming, Triumphs<\/a>, and James Bond: three of my loves in a single package.<\/p>\n

To Bond aficionados, it won’t be a surprise that Triumph is the official partner for this game. This is especially true for those who noted that in the 25th Bond film, No Time To Die, 007 rides a Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE<\/a> in the dramatic opening sequence set in Matera, Italy.\u00a0he successful collaboration led to the release of three sold-out limited edition Bond motorcycles and a co-branded 007 x Triumph clothing collection, available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But in the game, Triumph gives a custom TF 250-X<\/a> the full 007 treatment.<\/p>\n

All Things James Bond<\/p>\n

In the video below, you’ll see Bond’s first encounter with the\u00a0TF 250-X in the Q Lab, which features a flamethrower that he activates in the most Bond way you can think of: his watch. Triumph said that Bond can deploy its fiery capabilities during gameplay, which should make for some exciting gameplay.<\/p>\n

Speaking of gameplay,\u00a0007 First Light\u00a0was developed\u00a0by IO Interactive, creators of the acclaimed Hitman franchise. The game introduces a bold, standalone origin story for 007, allowing players to experience the formative events that shaped a young James Bond into MI6\u2019s most iconic agent.<\/p>\n

The game gives players a third-person perspective that blends IO Interactive\u2019s signature stealth and action gameplay mechanics, featuring a fully original, re-imagined origin story of a young James Bond. Players will step into the shoes of a 26-year-old Bond, a promising yet sometimes rebellious Royal Navy air crewman who is recruited into MI6, immersing them in the exotic and dangerous world of espionage captured in the films. Bond\u2019s adventures will take players all around the globe, coming face to face with allies and foes while choosing how they overcome obstacles and challenges, whether it be with brute force, cunning guile, or charming wit.<\/p>\n

007 First Light is scheduled for release on May 27, 2026.
