\u201cHe wasn\u2019t wearing underpants, and then a giant school bus drove by,\u201d\u00a0Fineman also said in the original video.<\/p>\n

In the YouTube comments, viewers scrutinized Fineman for her story.<\/p>\n
\u201cChloe doing her funny voice while she describes exposing a child\u2019s genitals was quite upsetting,\u201d one fan wrote.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m not sure why in this current climate, Chloe thought that would be a funny story to share or why VF would air it,\u201d another fan said.<\/p>\n
