Air India and low-cost carrier Air India Express lost US$1.05 billion ($1.74b) in the 2024-5 financial year.<\/p>\n

New Delhi Television said Wilson called his resignation a \u201cnatural juncture\u201d in a letter to employees.<\/p>\n

The Financial Times said a source close to the airline felt Wilson\u2019s resignation was a surprise.<\/p>\n

Indian conglomerate Tata Group owns 74.9% of Air India.<\/p>\n

Singapore Airlines<\/a> owns 25.1%.<\/p>\n
