Unit sizes will vary with 37 studios, 96 one-bedrooms, and 34 two-bedrooms. Of the 167 apartments, 25 will be designated as affordable housing. Parking will be included for 74 vehicles and 167 bicycles.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/ktgy-architects\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">KTGY Group<\/a> is responsible for the design, working with the landscape architect, Border. Updated renderings show a podium-style complex articulated with a collage-style mix of cementitious panels, metal, stucco, and stone veneer. Future residents will be a 25-minute walk from the San Antonio Caltrain Station, or six minutes by bicycle.
