NEW YORK (PIX11) \u2014 Thousands of bottles of a dietary supplement sold nationwide have been recalled<\/a> due to undeclared egg, soy, and hazelnut allergens, according to the FDA.<\/p>\n

Blueroot Health, Inc., headquartered in Middleton, Connecticut, issued the voluntary recall for 100 and 200-count bottles of Vital Nutrients Aller-C.<\/p>\n

The 100-count bottles have the following identifying information:<\/p>\n

UPC: 693465524114,693465000083<\/p>\n

The 200-count bottles have the following identifying information:<\/p>\n

UPC: 693465524213,693465000090<\/p>\n

The recalled products were sold online in the following 40 states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming.<\/p>\n

Consumers are asked to discontinue the use of recalled products immediately and to return them to Blueroot Health for a replacement.<\/p>\n
