Britain’s Got Talent act Christy Coysh had fans talking within minutes of the latest episode.<\/p>\n

The ITV<\/a> show returned on Saturday (April 11) evening with a batch of more hopefuls hoping to win a place in the Royal Variety Performance and \u00a3250,000.<\/a><\/p>\n

Judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and KSI<\/a> returned to their usual spots as the first performer arrived on stage with a very different act.<\/p>\n

Christy, from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, performed a song about scotch eggs, and the tune caught the judges off guard.<\/p>\n

Internet sensation KSI wasted no time pressing the buzzer before putting his head in his hands, while Simon looked on, startled.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Alesha and Amanda could be seen laughing and clapping, looking amused as Christy pulled a scotch from inside his sock, which crumbled onto the stage.<\/p>\n

“Scotch egg, scotch egg, scotch egg, it’s a hard-boiled egg in a sausage casing”, Christy sang as a beat dropped in the background.<\/p>\n

When the song ended, Christy offered a scotch egg to unimpressed KSI, who immediately declined before saying, “I don’t even like scotch eggs”.<\/p>\n

“I would happily put you on the Royal Variety purely based on that song, you’ve got a yes from me”, Amanda confirmed as Simon added, “I’m not going to get that song out of my head, it was terrible”, before giving him a yes.<\/p>\n

As Christy, who boasts over 70k followers on Instagram and more than 460k on TikTok, went through to the next round of the competition, BGT viewers rushed to social media to show their support for him.<\/p>\n

One person confessed: “Ok. This is a catchy song. I\u2019m howling #BGT”, while a second added: “Scotch Egg (laughing face).”<\/p>\n

“Get this Scotch Egg fella to the final please #BGT #BritainsGotTalent”, urged one viewer as another penned: “It made me laugh! #bgt.”<\/p>\n

“Love scotch egg man #BGT if you can get everyone joining in like he did, then that’s entertaining although I can’t eat them myself I can feel the heartburn just by looking at one (Laughing face)”.<\/p>\n

Although not everyone was a fan, one person wrote: “@BGT turned off after the first two ABYSMAL acts #bgt.”<\/p>\n

Another added: “How the hell did that guy get 3 yeses?? What’s my business with a scotch egg at a talent show??? (laughing face).”<\/p>\n
