A Disney executive reportedly alleged that Blake Lively\u2019s career is \u201cruined\u201d following her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni. <\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThis lawsuit has ruined her in Hollywood,\u201d the insider, who allegedly worked with the \u201cGossip Girl\u201d alum, told the Daily Mail<\/a> in an article published Saturday. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe truth is she was never that popular. She had a reputation for being difficult, one of those toxic people who always thinks she knows best,\u201d the source added.<\/p>\n

According to the exec, Lively, 38, has \u201cmade her bed and she can lie in it,\u201d claiming that \u201cpeople in Hollywood\u201d aren\u2019t \u201cshedding tears over her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reps for the actress and Disney weren\u2019t immediately available to Page Six for comment.<\/p>\n

Lively sued Baldoni <\/a>for sexual harassment\u00a0and retaliation in December 2024, citing several alleged incidents from their time on the \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d set.<\/p>\n

Baldoni denied\u00a0his co-star\u2019s allegations<\/a> and responded with a $400 million counter lawsuit, <\/a>which was ultimately\u00a0tossed out <\/a>in June.<\/p>\n

However, a judge dismissed Lively\u2019s sexual harassment allegations, leaving only\u00a0three claims against the director, including retaliation, breach of contract and aiding and abetting in retaliation.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re very pleased the Court dismissed all sexual harassment claims and every claim brought against the individual defendants,\u201d Baldoni\u2019s legal team<\/a> told Page Six in a statement.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese were very serious allegations, and we are grateful to the Court for its careful review of the facts, law and voluminous evidence that was provided,\u201d the attorneys continued.<\/p>\n

In a separate statement, Lively\u2019s team claimed the sexual harassment allegations<\/a> wouldn\u2019t be heading to court because they considered Lively an independent contractor instead of an employee.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot because the defendants did nothing wrong,\u201d the lawyers said.\u00a0\u201c[Lively] looks forward to testifying at trial and continuing to shine a light on this vicious form of online retaliation so that it becomes easier to detect and fight.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lively and Baldoni\u2019s legal teams have failed to come to a settlement agreement<\/a>, leading them to face off in court on May 18.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear who will testify in court, but Taylor Swift\u2019s name has been dragged into the legal proceedings <\/a>several times.<\/p>\n
