Second Helpings LLC,<\/a> a Sioux Falls resale shop focused on plus-size clothing, owner Ashley Howd said she\u2019s seeing how changing bodies can translate into changing closets.<\/p>\n\u201cBecause you lose weight so fast, I think people are surprised that they skip like whole sizes, so it\u2019s a good option too for if they need somethign for just a little bit in between and don\u2019t want to spend a ton of money, but yes, I do get a lot of people that have gone down many many sizes that are like, \u2018I have a whole wardrobe to sell!\u2019\u201d said Howd.<\/p>\n
The store offers an affordable option for people navigating those transitions, whether they\u2019re between sizes or simply looking for clothing that fits. It\u2019s one of the few plus-size stores in Sioux Falls, especially one that offers sizes XL-5XL, ensuring community members can always find their size.<\/p>\n
Still, regardless of shifting trends, Howd said her mission remains the same: making plus-size clothing accessible and affordable for everyone.<\/p>\n
