Because of this, The Warehouse Group believes it is unlikely the product has been used in schools or early childhood centres.

The following products have been identified by The Warehouse Group:

Uniti Sand Art Unicorn – Barcode: 9401113491869 Uniti Sand Art Octopus – Barcode: 9401097407276 Uniti Sand Art Monkey – Barcode: 9401097407269 Uniti Sand Art Dinosaur – Barcode: 9401113420944

The group is asking customers to stop using the product immediately and place it in a heavy-duty plastic bag, secured and out of reach of children.

The sealed product can then be returned to any The Warehouse or Warehouse Stationery store to allow team members to dispose of it correctly, with full refunds offered.

Customers have been asked not to bring unsealed sand inside stores. Store team members and signage will direct customers to the correct bins for safe disposal inside.

Tom Raynel is a multimedia business journalist for the Herald, covering small business, retail and tourism.

Stay ahead with the latest market moves, corporate updates, and economic insights by subscribing to our Business newsletter – your essential weekly round-up of all the business news you need.

“We’re very sorry for any worry and inconvenience this will cause, and we’ll do everything we can to…

[5
74,1228,3596,138,4749,17308,679,1874,305,78,18087,5511,29540,3234,111,139,69,10538,2989,3383,3109,1111,24178,29541,12971,99134,2751,1973,199230,765,223,65680,7567,18840,102
0":"post-383774","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-business","8":"tag-after","9":"tag-art","10":"tag-asbestos","11":"tag-business","12":"tag-childrens","13":"tag-contaminated","14":"tag-forced","15":"tag-found","16":"tag-have","17":"tag-in","18":"tag-issued","19":"tag-just","20":"tag-kmart","21":"tag-months","22":"tag-new-zealand","23":"tag-newzealand","24":"tag-nz","25":"tag-play","26":"tag-positive","27":"tag-products","28":"tag-public","29":"tag-reading","30":"tag-recall","31":"tag-recalls","32":"tag-returned","33":"tag-sample","34":"tag-sand","35":"tag-sets","36":"tag-stationery","37":"tag-test","38":"tag-the","39":"tag-uniti","40":"tag-voluntary","41":"tag-warehouse","42":"tag-with
["GET
