Fortunately, that claim has turned out to be true.

Samsung has slashed the prices of the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and Galaxy S25 FE in India. Below are their official launch prices and their new prices as listed on the brand’s official website for the country.

12GB + 128GB – INR 74,999 >> INR 56,999

12GB + 256GB – INR 80,999 >> INR 62,999

12GB + 512GB – INR 92,999 >> INR 77,999

12GB + 256GB – INR 1,29,999 >> INR 99,999

12GB + 512GB – INR 1,41,999 >> INR 1,14,999

12GB + 1TB – INR 1,65,999 (The Samsung website doesn’t list its price as it is out of stock)

8GB + 128GB – INR 59,999 >> INR 44,999

8GB + 256GB – INR 65,999 >> INR 50,999

A great time to buy the Galaxy S266 series

Usually, when Samsung launches a new Galaxy S lineup, it drops the prices of the old Galaxy S series. However, considering that the memory chip prices are going up, which is probably the reason why the brand had to increase the prices of its smartphones in India five times since the beginning of this year, the company wasn’t expected to decrease the prices of the Galaxy S25 after it launched the Galaxy S26. Fortunately, the price drop is here.

Some people, based on their preferences and views, think that the Galaxy S26 series doesn’t offer significant upgrades over the Galaxy S25 lineup. As such, they prefer getting the latter over the former, as it costs less. For such people, now is a great time to buy these phones, as they are now even cheaper, offering a much higher value for money.
