Princess Catherine<\/a> will step out alongside Princess Anne<\/a> to mark Anzac Day on Saturday, April 25. Earlier this week, Buckingham Palace confirmed that the pair will join forces to attend services commemorating the Australian and New Zealand holiday.<\/p>\n

Princess Anne will begin the day by attending an early morning service at the Wellington Arch in Hyde Park Corner. Princess Catherine, on the other hand, will attend a wreath-laying ceremony and a parade at the Cenotaph war memorial later that day.<\/p>\n

The future Queen will then attend the Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey.<\/p>\n

Catherine, 44, is expected to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph on behalf of King Charles.<\/p>\n

The service at Westminster Abbey will include readings from the New Zealand and Australian High Commissioners.<\/p>\n

Prayers read by children from each country and a performance of a M\u0101ori waiata (song) will also be included.<\/p>\n

As Australia and New Zealand are both members of the Commonwealth, members of the British Royal Family regularly attend Anzac Day services.<\/p>\n

Anne represented the royals at the service in 2021. The Prince and Princess of Wales both attending the Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey in 2022.<\/p>\n

Just weeks after news of Princess Catherine’s cancer diagnosis, Prince William<\/a> attended the service on his own in 2023.<\/p>\n
